| We are different. Just like you. Since we began in 1975, we have always been different and not because we want to be different but because of the purpose the Lord has for us. Today, we are driven by that same passion that drove us to pursue God’s agenda. When He asked us to start a church in every state of Malaysia, though we did not have any resources to do it, we had a purpose, a passion and great people. We accomplished His purpose in record time and we now believe the same for you - that you can accomplish anything through Christ. |
Pioneer... We don’t do everything under the sky, although sometimes it feels like it. We have a purpose and that is to be a forerunner. That means we pioneer the new that the Lord is doing. In the 70s it was the prophetic, the 80s the apostolic, the 90s the marketplace. Today we are pioneering nation transformation and performing arts. We are pioneers and hope you will join us on this exploration. |

 Dr. Dexter and Dr. Lily Low are passionate about nation transformation, and together they minister to church leaders, business leaders and governmental leaders in many nations including Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia and the United States of America.Dr. Dexter received his Masters and Doctorate from Fuller Seminary, USA, the leading evangelical seminary known for its academic rigor, and was mentored by Peter C. Wagner, the authoritative theologian in church growth and spiritual warfare. He was also instrumental as a catalyst to Dr. Peter C. Wagner in the establishment of Wagner Leadership Insititute and is credited multiple times in Dr. Wagner’s books. Dr. Lily Low received her Masters in Christian Education and her Doctorate from Promise Christian University, USA. They work closely with ministry partners including Cindy Jacobs, Dutch Sheets, Barbara Wentroble, and Jim Hodges. As pastors, they founded the Latter Rain Church with more then 20 branches throughout Malaysia. They have mentored hundreds of leaders over the last 35 years and many of them have become ministry leaders and pastors. Dr. Dexter participates in the national Christian leadership of Malaysia and has been sitting on the executive committee of the NECF (National Evangelical Christian Fellowship) for the last 20 years. He was also the spiritual warfare coordinator for the AD 2000 movement for South East Asia. Dr. Dexter is the spiritual advisor to numerous governmental leaders including presidential candidates, congressmen, mayors, central bankers and city councilors. He also speaks at international conferences around the world. |
